Connecting the dots:
“You can’t connect the dots looking forwards, you can only connect them looking backwards. so you have to trust that the dots will connect somehow in the future, you have to trust in something,your guts, life, destiny, karma, whatever because beliving that the dots will connect will give confidence to follow your heart even when it leads you out the well formed path, and that will make all the difference”
Love and loss:
“Sometimes life is gonna hit you in the head with a brick, don’t loose faith. [...] You’ve got to find what you love and that is as true for work as it is for your lovers. Your work is gonna fill a large part of your life and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work and the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t find it yet, keep looking and don’t settle.”
Death:
“Life is limited so don’t live somebody’s else life, don’t live with dogma, don’t let the noise of others opinion drown out your own inner voice, and most important have the courage to follow your heart and intuition”
